This “wandering” elk is my first realistic sculpture to mimic animal. It represents the tranquility of my first art residency in Banff in 2016. The antlers are replaced with twigs and its mouth looks chewing. The overwhelming reality is isolated. It preserves some autonomy and continue swimming in the streams of history.
